1. I'm not sure I can fit training into my busy life?
The training plan provided takes all your lifestyle factors into account. All you need is 45 minutes 3-4 days per week to start working towards your dream body. Training days and frequency are entirely up to you.
2. Will you give me an eating plan?
I don't provide eating plans, I believe the best way to achieve long term success is to teach clients how to go about dieting without being overly restrictive or eating the same food every single day.
3. Do I Have to eat chicken and broccoli five times a day?
No! I'll provide you with a macro nutrient breakdown and tell you how much calories you should be consuming daily.
4. Do I need to have a gym membership?
I would prefer if you did, however I will design the workouts around the equipment that you have.
5. How do I track workouts?
Workouts are tracked in-app, you'll input the exact weights and reps you did for every exercise. This is important for us to measure progress, but is also very useful when I need to make adjustments to your program.
6. How do we measure progress?
You'll add in body stats & pictures (optional) every 1-2 Weeks, everything is stored securely and I'm the only one that will see it. I use all this data to make the necessary adjustments & you can view all of that info directly from the app.
7.How are programs delivered?
When you sign up to Online Coaching or purchase a personalized training plan, the program is sent to you via an app called Trainerize!
This app allows me to deliver your training plan and nutritional info straight to you smartphone, which means I'll be able to keep an eye on your progress & make changes in real time, just like if i was right there in the gym with you!
