How I work
My work is centred on in-person coaching, with a small number of ways to train depending on what you need.
The focus is always on structured, progressive training - whether that’s working together one-to-one, training in a small group, or following a clearly defined programme. The goal is consistency and long-term progress, not quick fixes or unnecessary complexity.
Personal Training
1-on-1 - in-person coaching focused on building strength, movement quality, and long-term consistency. Sessions are structured and progressive, with coaching that adapts to real-world demands and changing goals.
Small Group Training
In-person training in a small group setting, allowing for individual coaching within a shared session. Suitable for those who want structure and guidance in a collaborative training environment.
Online Coaching
Remote coaching for individuals who are comfortable training independently but want structured programming and oversight. Available by request for those who don’t require in-person supervision.
